Why 8 Weeks?

Our formulations use clinically tested ingredients, and from these studies we understand how long it typically takes to see results. This timeline usually ranges from 2 to 8 weeks. We chose an 8-week period to ensure you have the maximum amount of time to experience the full benefits.

Returns & Refund Policy

  • Our return policy is limited to a 60-day supply of product, i.e. up to 2 boxes.
  • As part of our no-questions-asked policy, you do not need to provide a reason for your return.
  • You must cover the shipping costs for returns. We recommend using a trackable method to ensure your return reaches us.
  • Returns of used or empty boxes are acceptable.

Return Process

  • Please submit your return and refund request within 30 days after the 8-week period ends.
  • You have up to 100 days from the date of purchase to make your request, giving you ample time to receive the product, try it for 8 weeks, and decide over the next 30 days whether you are satisfied or not.

  • We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return address details.
  • We will process your return within 72 hours of receiving it.
  • Refunds will be issued within 72 hours of processing the return. Please note they may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
